Ex- National Football League wide receiver Antonio Brown is returning to Miami to address an attempted murder charge stemming from a gunfire that occurred in May, with his lawyer filing a innocent declaration on his behalf.

Correctional records in Essex County, New Jersey, show that Brown was freed on Tuesday morning for his move to Florida. Brown, among the most famous players in the NFL, had forgone extradition to Florida from New Jersey, in which he was held after being arrested in Dubai.
